FEES:

$25 for each officer/detective searched plus $0.10 per page and postage. 

HOW TO REQUEST A SEARCH:

There are two ways to request PTP to search the database and provide you with documents from it:

-     Fill out the attached form and return it to PTP

OR

 -     Click here then complete and submit the form. 

PTP will send you an invoice based on the above fees. When payment is received, PTP will send you the documents. Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

o   using our QR code

o   a prison issued check

Access to the Unconstitutional Pattern and Practice Database and its’ hyperlinks to documents is provided to the public for free. However, if you are unable to access the database to search and print documents and would like PTP to provide them to you, PTP is now offering that service for a small fee to cover costs and labor.
